Refund Eligibility

Consultation Services: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. If you cancel your consultation appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we may provide a refund at our discretion.
Tax Preparation Services: If you have paid for tax preparation services and we have not yet started working on your tax return, you may request a refund. Once we have started working on your tax return, the fee is non-refundable.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at contactus@taxcrewadvisors.com. We will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

No Refund After Service Completion

Once we have provided the requested service(s) to you, including but not limited to tax preparation, consulting, or other services, the fee is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
